Hi, I'm Taylor!

Nutrition Professional (MSCN) & Registered Herbalist (RH, AHG)

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Nutrigenomics from Sonoran University and credentials as a Registered Herbalist from the American Herbalist Guild, it is my mission to be a beacon of hope for those facing life-changing health challenges and empower you to feel confidant navigating your unique health journey. I offer root-cause focused nutrition consultations, including a personalized protocol, clean product recommendations, and educational resources, so you are ready to make strides toward your healthiest self!

My educational journey empowered me to make conscious changes in my own nutrition and lifestyle, leading to transformative outcomes and validation that our bodies have the capacity to self-heal, given the right tools. Having witnessed my body recover and overcome numerous health challenges, I knew I wanted to be a catalyst in other’s healing journeys.  

​

My personal healthcare journey began with the diagnosis of Crohn’s disease at the age of twelve. Throughout my adolescence, I became well-acquainted with doctors' appointments and invasive tests, evolving into a self-proclaimed GI expert by the age of fifteen. Despite being told by my medical care team that I would live the rest of my life suffering with only “symptom management” support, I refused to accept this fate and began to dig deeper.

The trauma of severe allergic reactions, including a near-fatal incident in an infusion room, fueled my determination, from that day forth, to explore alternative paths. This humbling experience instilled unwavering respect for my body and fuels my continual passion to help others reclaim their health and live the life they intend.  

​

I’ve been in tears of hopelessness but I’ve also experienced the immense gratitude of simply being alive another day to witness my body heal- the dualism of life has truly been my greatest teacher. After years of grappling with various medications, invasive tests, and restrictive diets, I finally understood what was truly nourishing and healing for our bodies.

As a nutrition professional and clinical herbalist, my mission is to empower individuals to effectively navigate their body’s needs and ongoing health journeys, no matter the challenges they face. By leveraging my academic expertise and life-changing personal experiences, I know that together we can plant seeds for tremendous growth.

My philosophy is simple: create an environment for your body to thrive by fueling it with quality foods, relationships, and lifestyle choices. Living in alignment with nature, eating simply, and prioritizing both rest and adventure, are some of the most valuable resources we can leverage to cultivate health.
